Toly provides language learning tools including curated word banks, daily quizzes, smart review features, and the "Guess Words from Pictures" module. These features are available without account registration.

All content within Toly (including word banks, images, quizzes, and interactive modules) is owned by Toly or its licensors. This content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Toly's content without explicit permission.
While Toly primarily provides pre-curated content, any user contributions (such as quiz responses) remain your property. However, you grant Toly a non-exclusive license to use these contributions to improve the App's functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring your contributions do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
Toly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of content, uninterrupted service, or specific language learning outcomes.
The App is designed to assist language learning but should not replace formal education or professional instruction.
Toly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App usage. This includes but is not limited to learning inefficiencies, device issues, or data-related problems.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of any paid services (if applicable), though Toly currently operates as a free service.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Toly for users violating these terms. You may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the App.
